General conditions

Prices: All prices include VAT

Warranty: All items are covered by the original Italian manufacturer warranty of two years for conformity defects, pursuant to Decree 24/02. The damages caused by bad use are not guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages deriving from an improper use of the products sold by us.

Shipping: Shipping costs in Italy are FREE over € 38 of purchase. For all orders from abroad will be calculated based on the weight of the package, its size and its destination, in any case will be calculated and indicated in the cart at the time of completion of the order. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.

Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges, if you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back. You will be reimbursed as required by current legislation. The deadline to use the right of withdrawal is quantified in 10 days from receipt of goods. Making use of this warranty is simple, just send the return by registered A / R within 10 days of receipt of goods at the address: I Vetri di Patrick, Via Maggiore Vaccari, n. 117 – 87024 Fuscaldo (cs), Italy.

The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate sealed external packaging. Transport costs for returns are charged to the customer. Products sent after the deadlines set in our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be reimbursed. In any case we suggest you contact us as soon as possible using our telephone numbers.

Shipping conditions

Delivery times and methods: Glack reserves one working day for the retrieval of the goods, the packaging, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures. To this day we must add the time taken by the courier for delivery, times and methods vary depending on the courier that will be used. The calculation of delivery days should not be considered Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

How to behave at the delivery of the product: In order to make our service more efficient, please check the conditions of the package at the time of delivery.

In case the package is not perfectly intact, withdraw it with reserve, or next to the signature on the delivery note clearly affix the words “RECEIVED WITH RESERVE damaged package”.

If the package is severely damaged so as to have certainly also caused damage to the internal content, reject the goods clearly asking to always put on the bill the words “GOODS REJECTED damaged package”.

Also check the exact correspondence of the number of packages. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly. Theinvoice or bill contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept as a valid document for the guarantee.

The reason for reporting on the bank transfer must indicate: the order number, the name and surname of the payer. If within 8/10 days from the order we do not receive the payment, the order will be deleted.

2. Recharge Postepay card: The recharge can be made in cash from a minimum of 1.00 euros to a maximum amount of 997.99 euros per day (excluding the charging fee) from all Sisal receivers and tobacconists affiliated to the service with ITB bank.

3. PayPal

PayPal is the quick, reliable and innovative way to pay without sharing your card details. Safe, simple and comfortable. All major credit cards are accepted.

4. Mark

This method leads to an increase in shipping costs due to the cost of the customer service (from a minimum of € 12.45).
